02 / Reserve Your Date

Once you’re ready to move forward, a contract and invoice will be sent electronically. A signed agreement and 50% retainer officially reserve your date on our calendar.
03 / Wedding Planning

About one month before your wedding, we’ll schedule a final planning meeting to review timelines, family portraits, special moments, and coordinate with your planner and vendor team to ensure a seamless experience.
04 / Your Wedding Day

Be fully present and enjoy every moment while we document your celebration with care, and intention work will be done behind the scenes by our team to make sure everything is captured properly .
05 / Backup & Editing

Immediately following your wedding, all photos and footage are securely backed up across multiple storage locations. Each image and video are culled and then carefully edited to reflect the beauty and emotion of your day.
06 / Delivery Day

Your final gallery and films are thoughtfully crafted and delivered within the 90-day maximum timeframe outlined in your contract(depending on package chosen) , allowing you to relive your wedding day for years to come

We arrive with professional backup cameras, lenses, audio recorders, memory cards, and redundant storage systems so your memories are protected at every stage of the process.
An archive film is a chronological edit of the key events from your wedding day, allowing you to relive the moments as they happened. Depending on your collection, this may include the ceremony, speeches, first dances, and other meaningful moments presented in full with professionally recorded audio.
